By using visite.tur.br you agree to the terms below. We wrote them in plain language on purpose: the idea is that you can understand what to expect from the site, and what not to expect.

1. The content is informational

Visite calculates each page from public data to help you plan trips around Brazil. Even with every care, the numbers may contain inaccuracies, become outdated or not reflect the reality of the day. Weather, fuel prices, crowding levels and cost estimates are indicative, not promises. Always check before you travel: confirm opening hours, conditions, prices and availability with official sources and with providers. Travel decisions are yours.

2. Prices and availability

Prices for attractions, hotels and tickets shown on the site are only a reference and change all the time. The price that counts is the one shown at the time of purchase, on the site responsible for the booking. We do not guarantee the availability of any third-party product or service.

3. Links to booking and shopping sites

Some Visite links lead to third-party sites where you book or buy, such as Civitatis (tours), Booking.com (hotels), Decolar and Vai de Promo (flights), Shopee and Amazon (products). The site's relationship with them is described in the Privacy Policy. Using these links adds no cost at all to your final price. Bookings, purchases, payments, cancellations and customer service are the responsibility of each of those sites, under their own terms. Our calculations are done before any recommendation, and the data does not change because of it.

4. Intellectual property

The "Visite · Brazil up close" brand, the calculation engine, the original texts, the layout and the AI-generated category illustrations belong to Visite. You may quote and link to our data freely; in fact, that is what we want, as long as the source is credited to visite.tur.br. What you may not do is copy the site in bulk or reproduce the content as if it were yours.

5. Third-party data and attribution

Much of what you see comes from public sources that deserve credit and follow their own licenses:

• INMET: climate data (normals and weather series).
• IBGE: municipal and territorial data.
• © OpenStreetMap contributors: map, routes and points of interest, under the ODbL license.
• Wikimedia Commons: real images, with credit to the author and the license of each file.

We respect the licenses of each source. If you are the author of any material and have found improper use, write to us: we fix it quickly.

6. Limitation of liability

Visite is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use (or inability to use) of the site, from inaccuracies in the data, from travel decisions made based on the information here, or from problems with third-party services, including the booking and shopping sites we link to. We are also not responsible for the content, policies or availability of the external sites we link to.

7. Proper use

Use Visite to plan your trips and look up data. Do not try to overload the site, bulk-extract data from it, break into it or impair its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
